This wine speciality is made of the second soaking of the aszú grapes.
We bought the first vineyard in 2005. The lands are located in Tállya, Tarcal, and on the most excellent Padi-hill slope of Rátka close to Mád. We have been tending to our lands ever since and today we cultivate 13 acres of vineyards in and around Mád (Rátka, Tállya, Tarcal, Tokaj).
This Fordítás was made of a 6 puttonyos Aszú. It owns the noble taste of aszú, but it is less sweeter, so it's easier to match to menus. It's a perfect match for desserts, which contains beetroot, truffle, honey, blue cheese or dishes with duck or goose liver.
